We are searching for the next generation of creative talent in Burnley. If you are aged 19-26, live in or near Burley and are interested in exploring a career in the Creative Industries Join up today.
This free course runs for one month. Participants will:
- Achieve a nationally recognised qualification (Bronze Arts Award)
- Achieve an employability qualification with Burnley College
- Spend 5 days gaining creative experience with PLTV Broadcasting Studios
- Develop a creative portfolio and CV that is showcased online
- Network with industry professionals and become familiar the local creative scene
- Visit a range of creative locations in and around Burnley
- Take part in master classes with a range of professionals at a surprise event
- Develop an employment plan through 1-1 coaching/ mentoring
- Be supported to move on to training, volunteering and employment opportunities
